We had a hamster in Monteverde. Jaal and Lev enjoyed playing with it, and watching it roll around the house in a hamster ball.
One day the hamster ball rolled down the stairs and opened. The hamster was free, but never found again.

We got our cat Linga and our dog Snowy soon after.
Lev liked to sleep with Snowy until he started to get a slight dog allergy.
